Wife and inlaws harassing me what to do

My age 28 yrs. wife age 20 yrs, Muslim married time 10 months Mother, me & wife(3).salaried person earning 10k P.M ,mother age 55 yrs,.pls suggest me as per Indian and muslim law, No child I want to keep marriage.In Dec wife went to her father place and given compaint in our community jammat after that jammat secretary came and wife took her clother, both wedding dresses and mostly all things.jammat members said we will conduct meeting what they want we call them conduct meeting but they dont even there is no response from wife & inlaws now its be 4mths now from the sources we heared they dont wont to keep marriage they are saying wrong things to me and my mother we are harresing etc. Qtns 1. If wife goes to mahila mandal or public complaint center does they have right to take wife remaining belongings and documnets like passport etc. 2. They are treating with mahila mandal etc what safeguards can i do and for my mom. 3. They are mentally harnessing us by saying false things
