Why a working woman is not entitled to get aluminy

Why do a govt job working woman is not eligible for aluminy if husband and his family throw her out of the girl after 5 months of marriage with mental and physical abuse and fraud things told by them before marriage. I asked to a supreme court lawyer about my matter but he said I can't claim anything, only punishment will be given. I know it's very lengthy procedure and they are threatening that they will harm my job if I take action against them. Is it more critical to be a working woman?? I hv spent lots of money in marriage ceremonies also. They are not allowing me to enter in the home and all jewellery and assets are in their custody. And saying to people and blaming me that I hv left the home myself and also brought jewellery with me.
No there is no such provision. Working woman claim alimony from her husband as well as other relief also she Sought only she cannot claim maintance from her husband if he is earning in equally but he his morning then she claim

You can't claim maintenance, but you have right in your husband's property, you can claim for the residence and your ornaments. It's been only 6 months of your marriage so you can't seek divorce but if there is any type of abuse than you can file a case under section 498a. In respect of aluminy if your husband's income and life style is much good then the life style and your income than you may go to court for the same.

As per the Supreme Court of India a working woman cannot claim maintenance. But you can always go for divorce and ask for alimony but it is upon the discretion of the Court to decide whether or not to give any alimony. You don't have to fear for your job since it is not easy to impeach anyone from government job just like that and specially on domestic grounds. You can file a Domestic violence case against your husband and his family. You can also file a complaint to the woman cell and ask for all the stridhan that is in their possession and the woman cell and police will help you to recover all your stridhan. Further you can also file an FIR under 498A IPC but the same will be again taken up by the woman cell. You do not have to fear for your job since they cannot do anything about it. They are only threatening you, so that a strong independent stable lady like you gets frightened and does not take any action. Therefore, I would suggest you to hire a good lawyer as soon as possible and file a cases against them so that they do not threaten you any further.
