You have not mentioned the religion here. So i am considering you as a Hindu and answering the question.

As per the Hindu Succession Act, the legal heir of the unmarried male is listed below (should be considered in the same order):

1) Mother
2) Father
3) Brother, Sister and their children.

According to the Hindu Succession Act of 1957, if an individual dies without being married and having no children, his or her parents are considered the legal heirs of that persons estate.
