My father is selling his property without my mother's concern.Actually he is the owner of all property. my question- Is there any law which gives rights to my mother also??.so she can atleast avoid from selling the property...
Please give me suggestions as soon as possible because my family is in crtical condition
Wife cannot claim her share during the life of her husband. She can claim her share through her children or after the death of the husband. If the properties are husband's self acquired property then he can dispose the properties according to his wish and will. In your situation your mother can not stop your father from selling away the property.
