Where can my daughter complain for domestic violence.

we are a Hindu family, This is regarding my daughtgers mental and occassionally physical harassment by her husband n sisters Since nothing can be proved as these things are always inside the room & no witness is possible, in such case what law does about it"
In such circumstances, you should ask your daughter to file a NC in the near by police station. The NC is a written Complaint that is usually done to intimate the police about the wrong and your suffering, a precautionary measure from your end. Make sure to do least 2 NC in 2 months duration time, this will help you in creating the evidence after which you can file FIR against the Accused persons U/s. 498A and other sections applicable to make the complaint strong. You can also ask your daughter to visit any hospital immediately after she is abused and harassed, the report then created by the doctors will also form part of evidence thereby making your case strong.

Domestic voilence itself is happend in walls of house. Your doughter's version itself is necessary to law set in motion. She firstly has right to file complaint to nearest protection officer. Thereafter she may file complaint before Judicial magistrate first class.
