Where can i apply for bail for a false case filed against me.

Dear Sir the boy is my wife’s brother after him marriage ( date june 8 2016) after four month she got suicide by hanging at her parents house and she wrote suicide note which mentioned "expecting dowry" and she mentioned seven person the boys parents (dad& Mum) and his two elder sisters and her husbands the same day the police file fir under 498a & 304b (total seven persons including me – I am living Saudi Arabia) same day 11-11-16 the police arrested the boy and sister (my wife) and another sister's husband the boy, my wife and another sister’s husband at jail since 11-11-16 my wife and another sister’s husband got bail two days before only still the boy at jail and his mum , dad one more sister got bail order only… I went India for the above marriage and come back to Saudi Arabia last July 8 2016 The police file fir against me under same above section The police officers asking to my wife to come and surrender myself get bail Please advice me further………..
