What will be the Grandaughter's share in grandfather's property?

It is settled law that a daughter is entitled for a share in the ancestral properties but before arriving at any conclusion with regard to the claim of daughter, we need to go through the recitals of the sale deed through which your grand father bought the property.

Depends if you are Hindu and if it's huf then the grand daughters right will come but every religion has a different personal law. In some if your dad expires you don't get anything. In some only your dad has a right. So depends for further details you can contact me at eight seven six seven seven two two five three four

if the property is own earned of grandfather and he is alive, then all the rights on property rest in him. If he is not alive all the members of family (widow, son, daughter and their childrens) have equal right in that property.
To get succession over the property you need to get Succession Certificate from Civil Court of Your Area.
