What to do when parents are being harassed by elder brother and wife?

Hi, My parents are being ill treated and have humiliated my elder brother & his wife. What are the legal options available to me to restrain and punish such behaviours. Thanks
firstly ur parents will file a case under Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act 2007 against your brother and his wife and even some judgement are there in which it is held that parents can evict their abusive children from the house and u can also move complaint against ur brother before police. if their is physical assault is there.

If the property is self acquired...then ur brother has no right in that property. Only his child can claim his/her share. If the property is ancestral ...then ur brother has his share in that property. If property is self acquired....then u can go for civil suit. And for punishment ...u have to criminal case.

Go and report against them before concern police station and they will lodge an FIR against them for their behavior. Also, file case before district magistrate under section 125 crpc to get a claim of maintenance from them on behalf of Mother & Father.
