What to do if Married to NRI and now not replying

My sister married to a NRI whose family also lives In Portugal..,now his sister is also leaving country.....and is threatening..never to come back...and leave my sister here in India...pls suggest some legal process so we can stop her from leaving country

Sir you can file an injunction suit against his sister or can file a criminal complaint and make as an accused so that she cannnot leave the country and make her passport detained . For that you have to hire an advocate.

It all depends upon any treaty India have with Portugal. If you file a criminal case here he can be deported back. You also have a remedy here, you can file a civil suit and get his property attached.
