What remedy is there for suing someone on grounds of misrepresentation

I am a christian girl and my arranged marriage was supposed to be solemnized on 15th March 2017 but the groom family demanded dowry on 12th March so we lodged their FIR about this. The investigation is going on. We met through Christian matrimonial website where he has given in written that he is christian. Now we got to know that the boy is not christian , he is hindu (sc) and getting benefits of reservation. According to constitution Christian and muslim cant get sc benefit, that means he cheated on us by telling himself Christian. What ipc section will be against him in this case?
