what Legal actions can be taken against parents harassment

I am a female entrepreneur and I just started my venture with my savings from previous job. To save the financial crunch, my father gave me permission to stay in his owned home in Chennai. Eventhough my mother can stay with my father comfortably in Agra, she is insisting on staying with me and every day mentally and physically harassing me depriving me of water and food as I am unable contributing to the family finance. She has several times even accused of me conducting prostitution. I have spoken to my father several times, but he is unable to do anything. I want to get out, but unfortunately, I don't have the cash as most of it is invested in my business. Is there a legal way to file a restraining order against my mother so that I don't have to go through this mental harassment?

You can't say she is your step or nature mother.
If she is your step mother it is easy to case a file under restraining order.
Nature mother also applicable but there is no need to go court. Talk to her openly .

Who is the owner of the house in Chennai? Does it belong to your father or Mother? Why is your Mother staying with you in the House? Does you father support you or not?
