Thanku for the previous replies from sir and sistla sir. What kinda right do I have for maintenance ,if im working? Under dvc ,it's there but my case not running in a correct way.
You are entitled for maintenance from your husband. If you have children then the children are also entitled for maintenance. Secondly D.V.C is concerned also you can claim but in this u can even ask for protection, and other reliefs as mentioned in the act
