Hi,
In any dowry/harassment complaint filed by a woman, the woman can implead the husband if previously not included in the complaint. Alternatively you can file either a 498a case or a dvc case against your husband, his mother and sister.
You should file a maintenance case to claim maintenance for yourself and the child.
You and your child are entitled to claim a share of property of your husband by virtue of being wife and child.please contact a lawyer who can advise on how to go about exercising your legal rights

Madam,
you can register F.I.R. against your husband and others even after filing first complaint. Even if you did not lodge complaint on fact of the case in the court magistrate may frame charges against other persons who tortured you. If you lodge criminal case against your husband he may not escape foreign without the permission of magistrate. If he escapes you may lodge a complaint against him in Embassy and subsequently his visa will be cancelled. You must write to embassy, that you lodged a criminal complaint against your husband and the same is pending, then Embassy will cancel his visa and give directions to go home country. You will file maintenance case against your husband for monthly maintenance to you and your child. You may file civil suit against your husband for property to you and your child for food shelter raiment and other medical and educational expenses.
