Sir, if the girl is above 21 years the girls family can't take any action against you, if the girl is between 18 to 21 years they can file and its difficult to register the marriage,in court marriage the process u should first apply with all the documents to the marriage register in the jurisdiction of the area, after scrutiny of documents they will give u a date for registration, if both of you are major, above 21years u can marry and get ur marriage register in sub register.there will be no problem after that.

Sir,

If both of you are major nothing to worry. Proceed.
As you know, in such kind of circumstance you can approach the police for protection.

If she run away from there, to your place, please take to her nearby women police station and seek protection from her parents and with their help you marry her in sub register office.
Here your need to prove your age to confirm that both of your are major . please secure all her records which shows the age.

If she is minor, then you will face problem. be careful

If she is major means her father can't take any legal action against you. Meantime girl should stick on to her statement that through her will and wish she is marrying you before any authority, if she will change her statement at any point of time then you will be under loop so be careful. You have to consult advocate to know the legal procedure to get marry at Sub Registrar office. Every thing can't be explained here.
