As a coparcener your right is in your fathers property you have to file title partition suit and you will get your sjare accordingly ig your father is alive then he also got one share amd after his death property is equally divided between you and your brother

Your question is not clear, first whether the property is yours ancestral property - if property is ancestral then each every legal heirs have equal share but property is self acquired property of your father then you don't have any right without his consent till his life.

You have a right to inherit only half of the property which would be given to your father by your grandfather. The other half would be inherited by your brother as this is a family property as per the Hindu Laws of Succession.
