What is family stalemate. If my husband make a will for my future protection then what will be the implications of family stalemate. Most probably my place is under 24th paragana.
If your husband is making a will towards you and giving all his property wealth assets in your name. You would be the sole owner of it after the death of your husband. You would have no right on his property during his lifetime. The will will only come in use after the death. You will need to get the will registered.
