A is a innocent lady belongs to st caste and when B is a man belongs to upper class caste.Due to her inncent B gave assurance for marriage and kept relationship with her as a husband and after some months A gave birth a baby but lack of evidance mr B did not permit her as his wife.then he again got marry with another lady name "C" according to his custom and after some months c gave birth to a child.Now mr.B did not give his original surename to the st lady A and to her new born baby but he gave his sure name to his another baby who belongs to C lady. after 35 yrs st lady can claim agaist him
