what can i do to get mutual divorce from hindu wife

My husband want mutual divorce. my marriage had been on 5th march,2016.till we are living separately.can mutual divorce happen now ? we are Hindu.
For mutual divorce the only requirement is one year separation. in your case separation is more than ond year so when both of you are ready yo take divorce mutually..there is no legal bar.
you need one marriage photographs, id proof and one passport size photo of each party..

agar aap dono ki ache se nahi banti hai to ye rasta sabse badiya hai wo apne khus aap apne khus but us se pahle aap dono ek sath milke es par ache se bat kar sakte ho ke kya ye jaruri hai agar ye jaruri nahi hai to jayada achha hai

Instant mutual divorce can be happens only on the very harsh situation as you say you both want divorce you can move an application to the family court for divorce on ground mutual consent court normally wait for 1 year before order for divorce
