There is always up and downs in life. The worst think happens when life partner does exrra marital affairs which in never to be speared.
If you belief that ur husband has extra marital affair you can choose from the following:
1) counselling:- i prefer it because it makes better understanding with each other. Marriages are not only for sex and kids or parents kitchen. It is muh more then anything. Better understanding needs to be developed within partners to spend the rest of life in peace love and respect.
2) the second option is file domestic violence appliaction to magistrate. In which you can ask for maintenance, residence, and a protection from your husband from beating, torturing, mental pain etc.
3) third option is variety and hardest step. You can file fir against your husband. You can ask for maintenance in seprate suit. Custody of childrens. Residence. Your partner has extra marital affair which is perfect case for adultery.

women can take divorce in the said grounds under Hindu marriage act .and can claim maintainence from her husband and can also file a complaint of domestic violence against the husband . Can claim permanent alimony from husband.

You can file complaint in women cell against your husband for harrasing you with regard to cruelty whether it is physical or mental.even you can file case in court for protection of women for domestic violence act
