What are the rights of daughter if in will property is in Son's name.?

Will daughter have equal rights if father willed the property to his two sons?? Few points to notice: 1) The property is is self-acquired by my father. 2) Mother has passed away. 3) Elder brother & his two sons are staying in the property. & Can the property be declared Disputed & sealed by the court or can the elder son be forced to vacate the property??
If the property is self acquired by the father and father has made a Will, thereby giving the property to the son, then we suggest that you should file a probate petition thereby probating the Will.
If the court pass a probate order then the Will is deemed genuine as per law and the son shall acquire the title
