3 marriages by a hindu is not permissible in india, the other marriages are null and void. Only the first wife is entitled to such property and if gone before court, it will be court's decision of the individuals rights.

you didn't mention the religion of the person in question. if he was muslim all the three marriages are valid. if he was hindu or christian then the question whether he performed his subsequent marriages during life time of first / 2nd wife. Or, the subsequent marriages took place when previous marriage was/were subsisting or not? Though, offspring of any marriage is always legitimate. So, in the eye of Law he has rights. Proof is needed.

Legitimate child and illegitimate child both are in same category under our law. therefore, said son have take every opportunity of his father's property, death benefit etc. His birth Certificate is enough for proof, Mother's marriage Certificate need not necessary.
