What are the rights in lineal property of father i India

my father is on bad way.he was go away from home..and me n my mother is alone..he was threaten to me n my mother. he said my propery to be sell any one and you and your mother tobe salivate to this house.howmany right to me and my mother on home.pls tell me.

Answer to your query depends on the facts as to whether the property is self acquired property or ancestral property. If it is an ancestral property, then certainly you have right in the said property and your father cannot sell the property outright. But if it is self acquired property of your father, then he has complete right to alienate the property, you cannot complaint.
In any situation, your father has obligation to give shelter to your mother and he cannot simply disown your mother. Your mother can file proceedings under Domestic Violence Act against your father and claim residential right in the house and seek injunction against your father from alienating the residential matrimonial home.

Please specify what kind of bad way your father is resorting to and specify your age too .
You can ask your mother to file a suit under protection of women from Domestic Violence Act , Restitution of Conjugal rights section 9 HMA, application u/s 125 HMA or Complaint to women cell .
