Sir, please enlighten me on the procedures and options in filing a petition to a maintenance tribunal as per senior citizens act 2007 under the Indian law.

Any suit under senior citizens act is filed at District court or at lok adalat.
You need to file a petition describing your claim (depending on whether it is maintenance or cancellation of gift deed, you need to prepare an affidavit in legal paper) and submit it in the district court or lok adalat.
Court fees is only Rs10 if an application if filed under senior citizen's act.
Party can appear in person or hire a lawyer.
