Hi, my wife files a 498, 34 and 506 complaint against me. Her mother made an online transfer of 2 lakhs to my personal account before marriage. From this amount of 1.5 lakhs we gave gold to the girl of which we have receipt. Will this be a conviction in court or can we defend saying we have taken as a gift. Provide me a excellent solution on this. Also, can we a file a private complaint against them on any of the issue. he mother was harassing us to bring lot of things and demanding lots of things when my child was born. We are middle class family but there demands were lot. My wife was with her mother since 5 months from the 7 month of the date before the child was born. Also, let me know if the what's app messages will be considered as an evidence in court spoken between wife and husband. my wife also told me lot of things. so will she be also convicted in court. Let me know what all actions can we take against them, my wife doesn't even know how to open gas, bla bla
