what are legal actions against husband forcing to stay with parents?

I don't want to stay in a village with my in laws but my husband wants me to stay there forcefully , is it right ,every time he threatens me to go there
As per ur query mam ur husband is not wanting to allow u to stay with him rather forcing to stay in village with his brother .As u can file a petition in court to stop it .As ur husband may have intention of forcing u for adultery
