First issue legal notice throigh advocate to your mother and brother demanding them to return the jewellery and momey. If they will not after receiving the legal notice, you have file a criminal case and civil case for recovery.

Initially you should have the bills of the jewellery that was given by you to your mother and brother. You are saying it happened in 2007. You might be knowing in which bank your jewellery was pledged. So you can send a notice to the bank authorities by asking for the required particulars by specifying the name and year of transaction.

Hi
you can file a suit for recovery of money and Jewellery against your mother and brother in the court under Order 37 of CPC.
Order 37 of CPC is a summary trial case and if the mother and brother acknowledge the debt, the case will be over in 6 months.
Before proceeding to file a summary trial, please issue notice to your mother and brother.
