what action should I take against mental/physical torture by step son

I am second wife of my husband, I have a 6 years old daughter, my step son assaults me physically and mentally every day, my husband is a puppet of his son. Me and my daughter feeling insecure. Please help us. My husband is a pilot, but I am a beggar
U shloud have to file an application of gharelu hinsa against ur step son at the office of probationary officer.if it husband is not feeding u them u can also file a maintance application in family court.m sure u will get justice

You haven't mentioned your religion.In Hindus second wife has no status whereas in muslims the second wife enjoys equal rights and status.But in recent judgements the honourable apex court has protected even the rights of women living in live in relationship.Contact with derails.
