What action can I taken if false case has been filed against me

My brother's wife is making false allegations against my brother and my parents. She has always been impulsive and abusive for all my family members.She had also filed a complaint in women cell and has been asking for money.she is humiliating my parents and brother. She also brought media to gain sympathy. We have been mentally harassed and my brother is in a dilemma. He is broken and wants his child custody. She just wants money. She has been living with her mother past 6 months and ask for money. She wants to separate my brother from his parents. My parents are willing for this but the problem is that we are scared that she can accuse my brother.
