You didn't write are they are living with you .if they are lived separated how do you proove that they are tourchering you ,I mean by which action do you feel stressed . If your husband and father or mother in law are living happily with you than how can we Alegate other family member .

Hi, You can file Domestic Violence case or file a detailed complaint at Mahila Thana/Police station. You can also approach to a pre-litigation centre at respective court for mediation. However, the best way is to resolve issues through talks and in the case it does not work and things are beyond control, only than you should approach to Court or authorities for help as family issues are sensitive.
