What action can i take against my girl friend for false promises

I want to know if i can legally appeal for my justice, I am 22 and my girlfriend is 20. she had been promising me to marry me everytime i asked her about future, our relationship was going well, it was a long distant relationship. I am from Kerala and she is from Rajasthan. She was studying in Ahmedabad away from her parents and i met her there twice. the point is we had sex, and some days after that she started avoiding me, when i used to call her she won't pick up then after some time either she used to text me back or call me saying that she was busy or she didn't have her cellular phone near her. i just want to know if i can do anything legally about my situation, because for me it was my first and true love.
