Want to marry bf but afraid that husband and parents might harm him

I am a Hindu Bengali age 26 I was forced into a marriage by Hindu law by my parents and in-laws I'm not into any legal marriage by court registration my marriage took place in 19-06-2017 . I want to leave my husband legally and get into marriage with my boyfriend but I am afraid my parents and husband might harm my boyfriend so kindly pls help me how safe myself out of this marriage and my boyfriend from facing any police or court issue

Firstly, even if your marriage was not registered it is still a legal marriage under the Hindu marriage act.
In Section 5 of the Hindu Marriage Act 1955, there are some conditions laid down for a Hindu Marriage which must be fulfilled in case of any marriage between two Hindus which can be solemnized in accordance with the requirements of the Act.
If the consent to the marriage was obtained either by fraud or force, then there are grounds for an annulment.
Annulment refers only to making a voidable marriage null.
Therefore, you can get an annulment through court.
If you are afraid regarding the safety of your boyfriend then kindly ask him to file an FIR in the nearest police station.

You should have taken legal action then itslf when force was used. U haven't told me about ur new husband. If he cause u cruelty by any method u can approach the court. Here ur story doesn't calls for a legal angle but a personal one . Gimme a legal point to giv u legal advice
