Hi,
What complaint has your parents lodged against you? You are above 18 years and no one can force you to live with your parents including police .You have not written why you want to live separately from your parents as at the age of 19years you must not have competed your education also. If possible sit across with them and try and sort out the problems if required involve relatives.

As your major now and legally entitled to take your own decisions. You are now free and able to live separatley. And you are under no obligation to give any written clarification. But must prove that you have completed 18 years.
