Does it matter in partion among brother that a one brother got single storey bulding and another double but land partion is sameI am hindu yadav
If it is amicable partition and all of signed...it hardly matters.
If It is by court and no appeal filed..it does not matter.
If it is without writen consent, unequal distribution ay create problem.
