Unhappy with wife's behaviour What can i do

Sir, I am 45 years, i married 18 years , my wife age is 36 yrs, we have 15 years daughter child, Last 3/4 years we are living in same house but separatly,i am a small business man, my wife is working women, at morning she cook for her , eat & go to office at 9 AM & come hoe at 9 PM, some time with drunk condition, take dinner & sleep in another room with my child but shut the door in front of me. She is always ignoring me, & when very rarely my relatives are come to meet with me & giving us some invitation she will always shown cruelty & talk with slung language . HELP ME.

You can file divorce against your wife if you don't want to stay with her anymore. Sec. 13 (1) (ia) of the Hindu marriage (amendment) Act, 1976 deals with mental cruelty as a ground for divorce.
