You can marry a Hindu Bangladeshi girl under Hindu Marriage Act. The question will be though where you are going to get married - If you get married in India, Hindu Marriage Act will prevail and there is no problem.

If he is also a Hindu he can marry any hindu girl under hindu rituals, when both belong to the same religion there won't be any obstacles for this marriage. both of them should keep their documents of identity intact
