Tortured by husband mentally and physically

My sister is married since 6 yrs, she is been tortured by her husband from day one of her married life, he keeps abusing her in very vulgar language, and also blackmailing her by asking her not to inform parents, if she does he will kill her.
Ask her to go to her parents house and file a case for divorce on ground of cruelty and further you can also file a case for domestic violence and claim maintenance and stridhan and if possible get permanent alimony and get divorce.
