you are not required to face the harassment meted out by your in-laws any further. please make them understand that they if do not stop harassing forthwith, they would land behind bars. You are advised to filed dowry harassment under section 498A of the IPC, domestic violence case etc against your in-laws

It is really unfortunate to know your case history.
Do not worry, if you persevere then guilty can be punished.

1.Do visit a local police station and lodge a complaint against your husband and in laws in details about the tortures perpetrated upon you including the demand of dowry.
2.On the basis of your complaint , case u/s 498A, 406. 323, 506 IPC can be started.
3.Thereafter file case under PWDV Act claiming for maintenance and medical expenses. It will be granted.

After these cases of your husband realise his guilt, reforms himself and ask for your forgiveness, you can seriously think of reconciling with him again, at lest for the sake of the child.

Hello,
My first advice to you is to file an FIR against your in-laws. For the rest of the matter, I would have to know in details about everything that has been going on in your matrimonial home along with who else is involved in harassing you. It would be better if you find a good lawyer who handles matrimonial cases near you.

Regards
