Tensions created by brother in laws wife what to do

My brother in law and his wife are always fighting over their finances. My brother in law doesnt earn much but his wife does and expects him to earn more because now they have a kid. Their fights are so bad that she literally hits him with belt and shoes but he dosnt say a word. More so because he has taken a lot of money from her. He has always been in losses starting his own business and hence he took a lot of money from my husabnd and my father in law too. The problem is now the issues are getting worse and its affecting our lives very much every day. My brother in laws wife speaks vulgar and abuses my mother in law and father in law. Living with them has become difficult. The problm is my brother in law listens to everything and doesnt take any action against her which has made her even more horrible. Plus when my in laws intervene they both abuse my in laws. What can we do to remove my brother in law and his wife from our house? Can we lodge a complain against her ?
