After death of wife, son-in-law rights in ancestral property of wife parental family (within one year of marriage) any judgment restraining son-in-law from ancestral property of the wife

You cannot claim for the ancestral property of your wife after her death. However, if you have any kids, they can claim for the same. If she has inherited any property during her lifetime, then only you can claim for the same.
