Sister harassed by in laws

My sister got married to a guy, and their family is continuously torturing us with words and asking more money sometimes. They are treating my sister as a maid and asking her to work 24x7 (she is working as a Charted accountant) though she is pregnant she is supposed to work until 11:00 pm and she is supposed to sit inside house she have to stand all the time. They use very harsh words whenever my parents try to speak with them . i want to know in which cases we can file domestic voilence case

Your sister need not take the torture from her husband/inlaws. She can straight away file 498 A IPC for dowry harassment, for this she has to file a police compliant adding husband and inlaws. She can also file a domestic violence case if there is proof of torture. Apart, she can also file a divorce case and in the application she can ask maintenance.
