Sister claiming share in father's property

My sister is claiming her part in my property. I want to know whether she is eligible or not? Please see below information for more detail: (a) Name in the will – myself and my brother (b) Date of will – 1981 (there is only will, but the property is not probated )
Is it a registered will? If your father has left the will in 1981 in your name and your brothers you are the sole owners of the property. The onus is on your sister to prove that this will of your father is not a valid will to claim her share in the property. It would be advisable to get the property probated.
