Separation from husband after 23 yrs of marriage

Is there a way to live separately from my husband without a divorce and husband supporting me financially as I am not working

yes their is way called judicial separation and its good one to work with . YoU may approach to the court or through expert lawyer who will handle with due care , because in this situation if not handled well it will lead to extreme stress between parties and then end up either into divorce or case of conetseting for long time. No issues, if both are mutually, willingly stay separate, for reason best known to you, court respect same.
approach your lawyer , lawyer will make such document whereby both of your relations will not be affected , in fact court will confirm such financial commitment which is good for you.

meet lawyer in person, you can resolve all issues.

You can file a Petition for Judicial Separation before the jurisdictional family court and also seek maintenance from your husband. If you are a Hindu, please see Section 10 of the Hindu Marriage Act.
