If someone is repeatedly filing false FIRs (First Information Reports) against you, you can take the following steps to stop them:

  1. File a counter FIR: If the person has filed a false FIR against you, you can file a counter FIR against them. This will help to establish your side of the story and put an end to the repeated filing of false FIRs.
    - Section 211 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) deals with the offense of filing a false FIR. It states that if any person knowingly gives to the police or any other person any information which they know or believe to be false with an intention to cause harm to someone, they shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term that may extend to two years, or with a fine, or both.
    - Section 500, IPC deals with the offence of defamation. It states that if a person makes a false and malicious statement that harms the reputation of another person, they shall be punished with simple imprisonment for a term that may extend to two years, or with a fine, or both.

  2. Approach the High Court: If the police are not taking any action to stop the repeated filing of false FIRs, you can approach the High Court for relief. The High Court has the power to quash frivolous and vexatious FIRs under Section 482, CrPC and direct the police to take action against the person who is filing such FIRs.

  3. Mediation: If the person filing the FIRs is someone you have a personal relationship with, you can try to resolve the issue through mediation. A mediator can help you to come to a mutual agreement and prevent any further filing of false FIRs.

It is important to take prompt action to stop the repeated filing of false FIRs, as they can have serious consequences on your reputation and legal standing.

In the present senario, you need to file an informatory petition before the respective court of law stating all your grievances and offences that are going happen against you and your family members. In addittion to it, you can also file a criminal case under domestic violence act against your wife.
