Married in arya samaj mandir in 2016, the husband has still not taken me to his home now told his family about me but they all take advantage of me financially. How to deal with this.earlier he was unemployed. I helped him financially emotionaly to get job in a reputed bank. Now when he is established he wants to leave me.
U can avail all rights of ur wifehood. You can avail maintenance benefit, residence benefit if he is not keeping u along with himself, u can also charge him and his parents for mental cruelty towards you.

Husband and wife are expected under law to live and cohabit with each other. He cannot desert you during the subsistence of his marriage with you.
