Rights of wife to live with the husband at his residence

Married in arya samaj mandir in 2016, the husband has still not taken me to his home now told his family about me but they all take advantage of me financially. How to deal with this.earlier he was unemployed. I helped him financially emotionaly to get job in a reputed bank. Now when he is established he wants to leave me.

U can avail all rights of ur wifehood. You can avail maintenance benefit, residence benefit if he is not keeping u along with himself, u can also charge him and his parents for mental cruelty towards you.

Arya Samaj Marriage is valid as per Arya Samaj Marriage Validation Act, 1937. But in one case, Rajasthan High Court declared the marriage perform in Arya Samaj null and void on the ground that notices have not been properly served on the concerned parties. The hon'ble High Court of Delhi, as per the reports I have gone through, has taken a strict consideration about the arya samaj marriages held in Jamuna Bazar, Delhi as they have been following illegal methods and on this mandir also, addl. sessions judge Ms. Kamini Lao sought report.

Husband and wife are expected under law to live and cohabit with each other. He cannot desert you during the subsistence of his marriage with you. However, if he has does so and is not ready to let you enter the married household, you should file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights in the family court.

There is lots of legal options u hv , if this marriage is a registered marriage and u r living separate from your husband then u can fike sec 125 claim of crpc ,and if your husband beats u also and demands dorry then u can also file 498 A case against him In your district court.
And u can also file a fraud case against him u/s420 of ipc for ur money.
