my father expired on april 4, 2015 , He was working in Regional Research Laboratory(CSIR) Central govt as an Assistant Directory. He retired on 2000. I am a disability persion (75%) .Is it possible to apply for my father job or one of my sister is a divorce person can she apply for my father job.
appointment on compationate grounds are approved when your father expired being in job.However if he expired in 2015 i.e after retirement and you are physically chaiienged to an extent of 75% you can send a representation with a request to consider your appointment.On rejection file a case in CAT.

Scheme can be forwarded to CSIR HQs. in the prescribed pro forma along with necessary details, if the concerned Labs./Instts. have not been able to consider at its own level either for want of vacancies or due to the choice of the applicants for appointment at a Lab./Instt. situated elsewhere.

If your father is a retired person then compassionate appointment under rehabilitation scheme is not applicable to you or your divorced sister . Rule isvif one is died in service the the said scheme is applicable but you can eligible for pension
