What is the rules for property share of younger brother in elder brother named property
To determine the share of your younger brother we need to know that in whose name the property is. Is this an ancestral property or its a self acquired property of elder brother. If the property is a self acquired then your younger brother has no right in it. He may have right on the property only if the elder brother wishes to give the property to younger brother through his will, gift etc.
