Right in uncle's business and property

We are not divided we are joint family and my own dad's brother is having a bar and restaurant on his name will that legally belongs to all or we cannot have authority to that particular bar and restaurant .....

Your question is too generic.
It all depends upon who has made the investment, what is your role currently in managing the restaurant, how do you say yours is a joint family, etc.
This needs a personal discussion.

If it is joint family property and the business is started from the income of the joint family, if it is no then you can claim your share in the share of your father.
If the business is started with your uncle's own earnings then you cannot claim.
Even if you claimed the share burden lies on your to prove that it is joint family business started out of the income of the joint family
