Reunion petition filed by husband can I join new job during pendency

My husband filed reunion petition against me and it is still pending in court. I have applied for new job and they have asked below question as part of background verification. Have you ever been involved in any civil court actions or proceedings? * - What should I say yes/no. is this fall under Civil proceedings? Please help me.
By saying reunion here I would presume that your husband has filed a case under section 9 restitution of conjugal rights . Yes it does fall under civil proceedings and you will have to write yes. By saying no in future you may have to face repercussions of not saying the truth.
