Remedy if parents threatening to kill due to inter caste marriage

I am in a relationship with a guy and we told our families that we broke up but before some days they came to knwo that we are still together. I am working and kind of independent but he stays with his family but being a girl i am harrased by my family as i am still studying they said they wont let me study anymore and i have to marry the guy according to their caste and we belomg from different caste as well. I want to legally move out of the house and file a case against my parents for safety purpose as they are threatening me and my boyfriend for killing us. Please give me some legal advise to fight for my rights.

If you (Girl) have completed 18 years and your boyfriend has completed 21 years of age you both can very well marry each other under Special marriage Act. If your parents are opposing and threathning you .. you both can approach your area police station and inform the police and seek their help..
