Remedy against mental and physical harassment by husband

My husband is cheating with me .he has so many girl friends and he used to chat with them all the time.he hide her mobile to me .he send his all activities pics and videos to his wechat friend. As he was lived in China for 4 years now he settled here. As I m Hindu and my husband has Christian religion. We did marriage from Christian religion. I have a son (8 years).
See as rightly pointed out by you, harrasment has many forms and possibly you can file for divorce and maintenance against your husband. what is important is the evidence in such circumstances wherein, you have to collect maximum proof and evidences so that you can support your claim.

If you are really mentally and physically harrassed by your husband than you can file a case against him under section 498a ipc. Chatting with some one is not a crime first of all. You should try to adjust your self.you can go to court file your complaint inder domestic voilence act.
